The venue is neat, the staff is exceptionally kind. Separate bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. Awesome breakfasts with fresh fruit and pastries. Beautiful location relatively near Osram Gmbh. The beach is perfect and the views are pleasant.

Contemporary room, stylish bathroom, fantastic staff. Amazing view, a good balcony, super bed, too. Breakfast food including fresh fruit and pastries was superb. Irish bar and great pool.

The room is good sized, staff is GREAT, location is peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious beds. Schwabing district won't disappoint you. Had breakfast for eur 12 per person. It deserves its 3 stars.
